Attention Small Business Owners: Did you know if you have up to 220 pounds of ignitable, corrosive, reactive or toxic hazardous waste per month you are considered a “Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator” or (CESQG) and must adhere to guidelines. These guidelines are set out in the Code of Federal Regulations 40 CFR 261.5. These generators can work directly with a hazardous waste disposal company for the proper management options. If you would like to bring your hazardous business waste to a scheduled event, you need to schedule with Clean Harbors Environmental Services. Contact Clean Harbors Environmental Services at 615-643-3170 or email TNCESQG@cleanharbors.com
